The Indigenous Infrastructure Impact Investment Fund (IIIF) targets investments in clean energy projects, essential infrastructure and economic infrastructure projects that deliver positive social and economic impacts for Indigenous communities and stable financial returns to investors.
The IIIF is a private wholesale trust open to all wholesale investors.
It provides investors with the opportunity for a diversified portfolio of real asset investments through a portfolio – primary focus on clean energy projects that deliver either or a combination of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (UNSDG)

Investments are measured and prioritised utilising Impact IP’s Indigenous Social and Economic Returns (ISER) Index whilst still providing financial returns to investors.
ADVISORY SUPPORT SERVICES
Our vision is to drive step-change in Indigenous economic outcomes by delivering large scale assets that have a meaningful impact to Indigenous communities or are co-owned and operated by Indigenous communities.
To support these aspirations, we provide specialist financial and economic advisory services for real asset projects (infrastructure, property and other asset requirements) that build towards economic participation for our First Nations Peoples.
